How does AON invest in the development of its staff?
Bursaries
Bursaries are available to employees in good standing who have demonstrated
the initiative to further their education in a work-related program. Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance is available after one year of continuous employment
depending upon the employee's potential for advancement, department
workload, availability of time for the employee to be off work, and program
cost and budget availability.
Professional Development
We promote professional development through seminars and courses held
internally and provide tuition and expenses to attend seminars, workshops
and conferences externally that will enhance skills that can be immediately
applied within their role at AON. We also offer rotational and special job
assignments to broaden experiences.
How competitive is AON's benefits package?
Available after probation, staff is eligible for our comprehensive benefits

What kind of work environment can I expect to be offered?
